This page is intended to inform individuals of the terms and conditions set by the commissioner when requesting any work.

For the entirety of this contract, some terminology will be used inconsistently. These will be the following terms used interchangeably:
- I, me, the commissioned: used to describe the person making any art/designs.
- You, the commissioner: the person, party or entity who requested or received the art/designs.
- Art, design, product, project: used to describe the project before, during, and after its completion.
All projects commissioned by me are created within the parameters set from the beginning and during their creation. Each project should be used within the parameters set to make sure they stand out as best as they can. For this reason, each project will have their own set of instructions on what they can or cannot be used for, any recommendations for how they could be used with further explanation, disclaimers, and any other relevant information tied to a specific piece of art or design.

All projects made by the commissioned (the person/people making any projects, or also referred to as “me” or “I”) for the commissioner (the person/people requesting and/or receiving these projects) are made for their intended use and intended use only unless specified otherwise by the commissioner only before the project is started or after the project is completed. This is not subject to change unless an emergency occurs where changes must be made (I.e. any misunderstanding or miscommunication from either party), that which must be communicated as quickly and clearly as possible. Any such communication will be noted as evidence for any conflict that may come up before, during, and after a project is completed. My art pieces, designs, or concept work is not to be fed to any A.I. (artificial intelligence) for any reason. Doing so will be in violation of the terms listed in any part of this agreement and will result in an automatic report on any social media any work tied to me is found, an automatic blacklist, exploitation of the actions that occurred while respecting the privacy of someone’s real identity, and automatic forfeiture of any material commissioned to me with no refund. These terms are non-negotiable unless an acceptable appeal is made to be unbanned (be no longer blacklisted) or to have privacy kept.By requesting my services, you agree to any policy found on this agreement about how both parties may use the finished products and/or unfinished products. As such, by default, I reserve the right to use my work as I please unless specific requests are made for any reason (I.e. for privacy or meant to be for “Business Projects” or “Corporate Projects.”).

All prices for each project will have a set base price they may follow. Prices may increase based on the complexity of the commission. However, I am open to changing the price or change the way a commission is payed if there is some form of dilemma that occurs (I.e. agreement for installment payments, wanting to change the commission to serve different purpose).
The base prices for commissions are as follows:
Personal ProjectsCharacters
- Head: $30
- Bust: $40
- Full Body: $50
Backgrounds
- Rooms: $150
- Scenes: $175
Business ProjectsCharacter Reference Sheet Package
- Base reference, Including the front, back, and side view of the character (body and face): $200
- Various facial and body expressions: $25 for each face/pose. Must come with a base reference.
- Extra sketches and art of specific details and references: $30 for each detail/reference. It will include annotations and captions to explain the detailing.
Setting Design Package
- A complete image of the setting: Rooms are $75 each. Scenes are $100 each. These will be rough sketches or paintings without much detail.
- Maps of the setting: $10 per square kilometer or $16 per square mile
- Extra sketches and art of specific details and references: $30 for each detail/reference. It will include annotations and captions to explain the details.
Corporate ProjectsConcept Art/Design
- Includes everything from the Business Projects section. However, there will be a fee of $500 for every week spent since the beginning of the commission’s duration, when I will have a weekly briefing for any work done up to that point. If, for any reason, either party (the commissioner or the commissioned) cannot communicate every week, both parties are expected to find a proper time both can agree on. However, any and all work on the commission will be paused until proper communication is done.
Promotional Art
These prices may vary depending on the complexity of the illustrations. The following is an example and should be used as such:
- A small, detailed doodle of a cartoon character performing a dance pose: $15
- An overhead close-up of a cafe table littered with books, cups of coffee, various desserts, and phones. The table top is made with various planks of wood which kept their rings. Each cup is filled with various amounts of coffee, there are cakes and cookies on each plate, and texts and notifications pop up. The commissioner makes noteworthy and specific requests about words forming from the table’s rings within the wood: $250
Product Design
These prices will follow the same rules as the Promotional Art system where the level of complexity determines the base price.Fees
Stylization Fees
All fees are not refundable and cannot be returned unless an appeal is made (I.e. overpaid from the agreed price). Fees are added based on the base price for the commission, meaning they will not increase in price. For instance, a $30 commission with two 5% fees, the final price will be $33 since the fees alone add up to 10%, adding $3 to the final price. For stylization fees, the price of the final product will increase by a fraction of the original prices. The fees are as follows:
Line Art: +10%
Painted Style: +15%
Line art with base color: +20%
Line Art with color and shading: +30%
Revision Fees
Revision fees are based upon changes made to the original mission statement. This means that any changes done that produces a different reduction than from the one agreed upon, this will warrant a 2% fee from the base price. This could be having something with a different composition or color of a certain product. Anything with additional details and/or more requests requires a reevaluation of the final products, time frame, or anything else that would cause a dilemma.
Note that extra products will still hold their value and will have their base prices accounted for with the consideration of each revision fee.
Time Frame Fees
For each week beyond the agreed time frame the duration of this project enters, there will be a 2% fee added to the base price of all commissions. If there is a dilemma on my end that prevents any work done onto the commission, I will communicate any such dilemma and not charge you for any overtime equal to the amount of days affected.
Late Payment Fees
If, for whatever reason, you cannot pay back all of the money for commissions, you may pay me at a later date to make it more convenient. This decision will include a 3% late fee added onto the final price of the commission after all other fees are accounted for since the project is completed.

Though the process will vary, all projects should generally follow the following workflow:- Initial Brief: At this stage, both parties communicate (over text, email, Zoom) to discuss the material, pricing, specifications, and payment. It is expected that all general information is presented, though I am open to making changes to an extent.- Research: Should there be any reason to do research on a project, either party is expected to communicate so promptly. What to look for or find must be told by the commissioner, though I will do some form of research of my own to make sure the product is made as best as it can be.- Thumbnails: This stage will consist of sketches that will determine general expectation of the commission, ranging from illustration compositions, body and face shapes of charactersand canvas sizing.- Rough Work and Final Drafts: Rough Work applies to anything existing before final touches are added to the product to consider them a Final Draft. Rough Work will be considered a final draft if the work is in the Line Art or Painted styles or is Concept Art.- Final Meeting.
